What is QuoteWerks for GoldMine?
QuoteWerks is sales quoting software that will save you time and money when quoting, selling, ordering, and purchasing products and services. QuoteWerks will help increase your quoting productivity by helping you to create detailed quotes with speed and efficiency.
QuoteWerks Integrates seamlessly with existing contact management software such as ACT!, GoldMine, Maximiser and Outlook eliminating the need to re-type customer information that you already have in your preferred contact manager. If you do not currently use one of these contact managers, QuoteWerks has it's own contact database that can be used.
QuoteWerks also links to accounting software such as QuickBooks and Peachtree, which eliminates the need to re-type the sale in your accounting software.
Will QuoteWerks work for me?
If you create quotes or invoices that consist of line items, and you would like to track your cost, profit, and customer price along with part numbers etc, QuoteWerks will work for you. You do not need to use part numbers, and can enter information in the quote sheet on-the-fly. Your products/services can have lengthy descriptions, and a variety of pricing methods.
QuoteWerks gives you the best of both worlds. You can keep a database with a list of your commonly used products and services, and you can also type in services and items on-the-fly in the quote itself.
