ActivPlanner for Sage CRM - the essential resource planning tool for Sage CRM
The essential tool for any sales, service, training or project manager looking to book multiple resources or people within Sage CRM.

The Sage Planner utility creates an extra calendar tab in the My CRM area of Sage CRM. This calendar adds to the existing calendar functionality by allowing users to view more information about the activity on the graphical display, and providing the ability to view more than one user's calendar simultaneously.

With the ability to select users or teams and then choose the type of activity being undertaken you can view in day, week, month or custom. The details of each activity eg. appointment appear on screen ie., you can clearly see where each person is going and you can see view the colour coding which user the activity is for.

This tool makes a sales administrator, or service bookers life significantly easier than the standard Team Calendar in Sage CRM.

This application is priced per server and costs £497 sterling.
