Microsoft Office Outlook Integration

Enterprise uses the Outlook Calendar and Emailing capabilities natively, popping the local Outlook whenever the appropriate function is clicked. It also has the ability to embed your Outlook email inbox and calendar into dashboards for viewing.

What this means in practice is that rather than synchronising data between systems, GoldMine Enterprise will pop the Outlook appointment box on booking an appointment (or task) and allow you to schedule it directly into your Outlook calendar, including invites etc. It then creates a link to it from within the GoldMine Enterprise system. Equally when you go to send an email it pops the Outlook email window and links it back to GoldMine Enterprise.
