This three day Microsoft CRM administration course is aimed at individuals who wish to take a leading role in the management of Microsoft CRM within their own organisation. An emphasis is placed on configuration, customisation, managing end-users and work-flow.

Who should attend?
Delegates should have a good understanding of the basics of Microsoft CRM and possess a good level of PC literacy as the course will be intensive and move at a faster pace than standard Microsoft CRM user training in order to cover the requisite topics.
